Marseiles isnt the best of places ...they hate most of the rest of France and are equally hated ,,,,I was at psg for our CL game ..the crowd was really hostile . I was living in France

then and in the PSG supporters ,, reason it was so hostile was because Drog had played for OM ,,,incidentally Didier will be in France on wedneasday ..the official

opening of "le Stade Didier Drogba " I think this honour must be almost unique . not sure if any footballer has had a stadium named after him ..

cech

ferreira - alex/jt - bruma - pva

mikel

essien - mceachran

sturridge - kakuta

anelka

I wish! But I don't think Carlo will start those 2.

Marseille is no walk in the park, they're a top team in France full of some good players! Rémy will give us problems if he makes one of his runs and at the back Taiwo is a good defender and a bit of a dead ball specialist. They'll definitely give us a game with nothing to lose on their part.

I see us lining up as:

Cech

Ivanovic - Alex - Terry© - Cole

Mikel

Essien - Zhirkov

Sturridge - Anelka - Malouda

I'd rather Sturridge played more central and Anelka outwide, but Carlo's made it clear he likes Sturridge's pace and prefers him bombing down the right wing, hopefully Sturridge will adapt to playing there because in past game he hasn't looked to great there.

No dude, Rémy is injured, and so for three months (if i remind it well). And i can guarantee it to you, Taiwo is only good against mid-table french team... Against big teams he is a piece of shit and he is always out of place. So don't be worry ^^

Futhermore, this season l'OM has a dreadful starting in championship, they are only eighth...

So IMO, if we do not defeat them by at leat 2-0, it would be a failure.

The line-up i would like :

Cech

Ferreira - Alex/JT - Bruma - PVA

Mikel

Essien/Ramires - Josh

Kakuta - Malouda

Danni

Damn really?!

I remember when Marseille were one of the best teams in France! What happened to them?

Also, what do you think the reaction to Anelka will be like for the French fans?

Yeah it's quite weird what happen to them, it's inexplicable ! They are the defending champion, they lost only one important player but they bought two good players (Rémy and Gignac)... For their five first games, they won once, lost twice and draw twice... For two weeks they seem to be a little bit better, but not enough to be at the top.

Hmm, i've heard that there are few troubles between the coach, the chairman and the sporting director... But this can't explain why they play so bad.

For Anleka, it makes no doubt that he will be booed. In one hand because he is from Paris and he's a PSG's former player, and in another hand because of what did happen in South Africa.

You know, he never have been loved in France, even the PSG's fans don't like him... So i reckon everywhere we go in France he will be booed lol.

So I guess it's Lyon & PSG who are the title dogs now?

Well then I hope he scores the winners against them

Right now, Lyon is ninteenth and Paris is ninth, the first is Saint-Etienne !

Can imagine Sturridge/Kakuta and maybe McEachran starting, but no other youngsters. After back to back losses, it's important to get back to winning ways again and we should field a strong XI.

Lyon lost tonight. Saint-Etienne were very bad last season if i am right. But then also Marseille came out of nowhere and won it in the last month. Lyon is really negative surprise.
