In the era of the Internet and technology it would be a shame if it didn't get as much publication as it does. Can not be compared to 90s, cant be - let alone with the whole 'history'. :lol: Though, he must be doing something right if he gets all those bigger and smaller awards. Matter of taste. :)

I just caught up with one of my long-time friends. Somehow we got on the subject of music, and he told me he got to see Asher Roth (i don't listen to his music) but that one of the performers at the concert was Mobb Deep. What a lucky man he is...... <_<

Anyone interested in German hip-hop?

Prinz Pi has released his new album, "Kompass ohne Norden" today. Overall very solid, a couple of great tracks (for example "Frühstücksclub der toten Dichter", "Kompass Ohne Norden", "Die letzte Ex" etc.) but the album is missing an outstanding song, IMO. When you think about "Rebell ohne Grund" there's "Laura" that comes to mind, on "Teenage Mutant Horror Show 2" it's "Du Hure 2009" and so on.

Time will show if this album is gonna be sempiternal. For now I have my worries.
