@Styles, Pretty much sums the situation up, we have cover for every position on the pitch (even Cech now) apart from Rami, losing him for any length of time could do some serious damage for our season and will probably force me to re-evaluate my season's expectation's if we lose him for any length of time, he is that important.

I never imagined he would become such an important player for us. He works so hard in the midfield with both defence and offence. His shooting from distance is not that great but when it comes to finishing 1 on 1 or around the box, he is absolute top class. The way he is so composed and shoots with great accuracy. He has scored some truly amazing goals for us. Lets hope he keeps improving under Mourinho!

Great player, fantastically important for us and really stepping up and carrying the team in a way nobody probably imagined BUT still needs to eliminate those bad touches he has because when he loses the ball it's in the most dangerous area of the pitch 9 times out of 10.

Sounds harsh and probably is, but I've praised this guy before only for him to either lose his head (Villa away) or the ball (Everton away, but by no means alone in doing that and the goal was about 5 players' fault) and have it cost us. He's relatively young though so hopefully these will become more infrequent as time goes on.

But we definitely can't afford to lose him at the moment because he really does knit the team together simply through his workrate enabling him to join up with attacks as well as get back and defend.

One of our most important players for sure, but he sometimes makes terrible passes which annoy me a lot.
