Chelsea face Premier League champions Manchester United at Wembley in the annual season curtain raiser.

The Blues were defeated 3-0 on penalties when Edwin van der Sar saved from Claudio Pizarro, Shaun Wright-Phillips and Frank Lampard in the 2007 final after Florent Malouda had cancelled out an opener from Ryan Giggs. However the Champions took four points off the Blues last term, including a 3-0 drubbing at Old Trafford. The FA Cup winners will look to get one over Sir Alex Ferguson's side ahead of their opening Premier League fixtures the following week.
