Youtube user pw33792 has made some good videos about football tactics. He quite often cites Mourinho and brings his approaches exemplary. He also quotes Vialli once and then shows a pic of him holding a trophy :)This once again made me miss Mourinho and spit at the modern "fancy-cocky-thrashing-outsiders-attractive-football" (which I'm not against if it brings results, but bringing attraction first is waaaaaaay to big of a mistake).His videos handle some basic tactical rules and it's pretty interesting Maybe some of you learn something new from it also and develop your knowledge in football manager

Well there's no guarantee wisdom in real life will have any correlation with what works on FM, but it's worth a go
