Seriously? What about Marin, Lukaka,Romelu they have all signed knowing they shall be squad players.

Figures are probably wrong but your logic is sound. With FFP in place do we really want another £100k+ wage on our hands for a guy approaching his twilight years? Or a guy earning half that with the best years of his career still ahead?

Wow Maicon is really stupid.He's getting the chance to play for the European Champions in one of the best leagues of the world and instead of accepting a reasonable 2 year contract,he rejects it because he wants more than 2.Someone should remind him that he is 30 years old and not 25 anymore.
