Elliot...if you've upgraded your sopcast recently, try reverting back to the 2.0 version. I had the same problem when I installed the latest version (3.0). Works perfectly for me now.

Try a few of the sopcast versions to ee if it fixes the problem when you've time, theres nothing worse than a jumpy stream :thumbsdown:
