No I'm sorry but you do not make such improvements on your game by just playing, if a manager came in and told him to just do whatever he would still be the same flawed player who doesn't make enough impact on a game. At the start of the season Sarri was constantly calling over Ruben for instructions and he's been slowly getting better game by game.
