Arsenal are the better on paper. 1893 elo rating to Napoli's 1817. Plus it's a local derby against us and local derbies are always dangerous.
Our elo rating is 1860, rather surprisingly below Arsenal.
Eintracht or Benfica are not pushovers although somewhat lower rated (at 1799 and 1764 respectively) but Valencia at 1819 is certainly not out of it and could get the better of either the gooners or Napoli.
