Didier Drogba

In 2010 he was sick of Malaria, under Scolari and AVB he simply was not picked. The Drog only repays faith. If RDM sticks with him, he will score. The game against Juve is a bit like the game against Valencia last season, remember the Drog in that one?

With all the big games last season it was forgotten he didn't score a single league goal in his last two months, his hunger for cold trips to Wigan and Stoke are long gone.

What chance will Drogba have with Rafa at the helm? Torres is his pet boy. But he will be good for morale (except for one certain player) and an excellent option to have.

Rafa used to hate Drogba, I think I remember in one of our many UCL battles with Liverpool, in the press conference, he said that he created an entire file about Drogba and his 'theatrical diving' on the pitch.

Of course he hated him, Drogba constantly destroyed him. It's the kind of hatred you have towards your opponent's best player out of fear. Plus he was playing cheap mind games.

Yeah, I wouldn't read much into that. Benitez would love Drogba in his squad. Whether he thinks he can get something out of Torres or not, he isn't stupid and knows we need an extra body upfront.

Mourinho was very critical of Ronaldo when he was manager here and now has him at Madrid. There is always mutual respect at the highest level between players, managers, etc.

We advance in the CL by some miracle, Drogba comes back on loan and we become the first club in the history to win the CL twice in a row, Drogba scores the winner in the finals. Haha. Nah but seriousley, this loan feels wrong, but anything that is good for the club I guess!

Only problem is that if Drogba comes back on loan, what happens with Sturridge?!
