Lucky for him he is homegrown, and here short enough to most likely to survive when Sarri is canned.

Of our midfield options, he's the most eligible for a move.  If we want a better attacker, he's the one that needs upgrading.  

Though, I really admire his work rate and what he's done to try to get himself in the team.

I think he's an able squad player, and I still think we got a great deal for him at £15m when you consider what the going rate is in the market now.

You're right though, probably doesn't have enough there to ever establish himself as first choice.
