Which means nothing realy. All you have to do is watch a couple of games and see he is a liability in our defence over and over again.

Patience... finally looks like it is paying off. Fans are starting to see his qualities. Was brilliant tonight. Just annoys me how little patience fans have on here. Suddenly you will get several who will be saying Jorginho is a must in the team, etc and giving him praise. Wish people would think before they slate players. New settings, different team, all these things can take a while for a player to adjust but some people won't accept that. The same way people are praising RLC now, few months ago were ones who probably were saying he is not good enough to play here.

Anyway that being said, glad Jorginho is starting to get plaudits from Chelsea fans in recent matches and hopefully the form continues.

Mate, believe me there are to my amazement still a bunch of the dumbest fuckers you will ever hear who support this club slagging Jorginho off after that game vs Frankfurt. They have even said he was awful. I mean what the actual fuck? It's beyond a joke at this point.

I have to say that his defensive tackles have been quite impressive lately. He learned a lot from Kante, but he has still to improve when it comes to playing creative long balls.Currently, he rarely plays those and we really need a player that can play creative passes. If he can improve that, he will be class for the next coming years

The match going fans are annoying.

I don't question their loyalty but the average fans football knowledge and dare I say at times agenda's are beyond laughable and make us as a general fanbase look like complete idiot's.

I admit I was one who slagged him off previously, but he improved recently.

However I will be only amazed once he brings consistent performances in PL, because thats why we all pointed fingers at in the first place; that he cant handle the pace and power of PL.

Nah he can't run. Fabregas was usually the one who covered the most ground for us and we all know he is really slow. 

Jorginho is not athletic enough for epl That is a fact. The problem is he is not our biggest problem,yet most people keep talking about him.

Being athletic isnt a hugely defining factor if you have other facets to your game. Reading the game well makes a huge difference in any position.

Sergio Busquets is not hugely athletic but he reads the game so well and is rarely caught out. Plus he is exceptional at passing through the lines and getting the ball back. Welsey Sneidjer wasn't renowned for being hugely athletic at all but he was a brilliant player at Inter under Mourinho because he knew where to be and his intelligence and technical attributes were excellent. Andrea Pirlo wasnt hugely athletic but again knew where to stand where to be to intercept/tackle etc. If youve got footballing intelligence and can read the game you dont need to be hugely quick or strong. Terry as a CB here in his latter years, was slow as fuck but again reading the game so well. 

The German tesm who won the world cup had a good mix of both physical and intelligent players.
