No surprise that youngsters flourish in the life outside Chelsea :| We are a lot that believe in paying exorbitant prices for players who aren't good/ lack desire yet loan out all the good players and eventually sell them for pittance. 

We are so good at playing players out of position and then deeming them unfit for Chelsea standards.

Pathetic lot we are.
