Read the quote again, the agent didn't say there is no interest. On the contrary, he clearly stated he has talked to Conte and he likes Dzeko. BBC, Sky, Di Marzio all three can't go wrong, but unfortunately Dzeko isn't interested as per his agent.

I think you are right. Sandro's agent also said something along these li(n)es and now runours indicate he wants to leave... 

The agent will do anything to increase wages and his own provision. If Dzeko himself came out and said he wanted to stay it would be a different story. But even then there is the possibility of a nice wage offer to turn his mind.
