Di Marzio saying Juventus are close to Douglas Costa of Bayern and he'd fill their last non-EU signing of the summer, leaving Chelsea free and clear to sign Danilo.

Not really convinced by this guy from what I've seen him at Real Madrid but he hasn't been playing as a wing-back so that could suit him pretty well and that's what Juve are planning for him too. For €25M I'd get him.

Nope, their rules are not same as the Premier League have with HG players.

In Italy clubs can sign two non-EU players from foreign clubs every year, that number won't go up if they sell some of their current non-EU players. This summer they have bought some guy called Rodrigo Bentancur from Boca Juniors and can only make one more non-EU signing. They also signed Cuadrado from us and Benatia from Juve but I'm guessing those don't count because they already had them under loan contract and only extended that to a permanent transfer with the options to buy.
