Us beating City on Emptyhad is so rare that I'd like to take my time and enjoy it by watching the full match at least one more time. The speed and effectiveness in our counter attacks are on a whole different level.

Chavs are the luckiest and most effective Team in the league. 2 half chances 2 goals whilst City have missed more than 5 sitters.

" Currently, they are arguably the best in Europe in converting half chances to real goal scoring chances. Beyond that they are nothing much, we made them look like a pub team for a good 45 mins last week. "

I hope I can speak for everyone when i say no self-respecting Chelsea fan cares what a spud thinks, just focus on your rivalry with the other bottlers in North London. London is blue, that's a fact, if you don't like it that's a sad day for you

First of all I'm ecstatic with our win and I'm very happy with what Conte has done to our team.

And I'm equally as happy with the red cards because it makes up for previous games against City. The 3-0 defeats to them last season were very difficult to accept. In one of those games Fernandinho should've been sent off for kicking are players off the park. But he didn't get sent off so he went on to score the winner at the Etihad.

And as for that dirty little bugger Aguero that red card makes up for the fact that he once two footed lunged David Luiz and only got a yellow card for it. This was in an FA Cup game back in 2013.

Great result away from home, but certainly not the best performance. We definitely need more solidity at the back because i think lack of speed among luiz, cahill and alonso is our weak spot. If we can sure up that defence and bring in another creative player to ease hazard's workload, I think we would definitely be on our way to being a genuine force not just in the prem, but also in Europe.

What a game.  Coming from behind and winning twice in a row against strong teams is only going to build Chelsea's confidence even more.

Liverpool fans trolling on Twitter saying in the weekend of El Classico, ManCity vs Chelsea is El Plastico.

The losers already had their No Trophieco with Arsenal. They shouldn't be concerned about the top teams' business.

@Fernando MOTD is certainly an option but Goals on Sunday should also be considered. Chris Kamara and Ben Shepard are much more impartial on that show than the pundits on Match of The Day when it comes to us. I'm sure this has something to do with the fact that someone at BBC hates us.

It would certainly explain why Chelsea related incidents are treated differently to that of other clubs. I haven't seen it myself but judging by this post they appear to be up to their old tricks again.

Worst MOTD coverage for sometime - failed to show our chances or the fouls on our players, including Hazard going off for treatment when Fernandinhio did him at start of game. And then they cap it off by a reading of our club statement that omits the most important revelation about the money that totally refutes the media hush money stories. Brompton Road Blue - shed.chelseafc.com

The pessimist in me was proved wrong. I thought Chelsea could not win at the Etihad, not because we're not good enough, but because we're still a work in progress, playing away from home against one of Europe's best clubs.

Lucky a little bit? I think so, yes. But in the end this is a team that recently has beaten Barcelona 3-1 in the same ground and although they were hammered 0-4 in Barcelona, they missed tons of chances at 0-1 down and only lost 0-4 because of that red card IMHO.

To think that City was going to have a quiet game was naive. City was bound to create clear goalscoring chances because they have huge quality up front. There is no team in this world that is going to come to the Etihad and limit City to only one or two shots on target as long as Guardiola is there, playing free flowing football. Them baggers thinking the other way are as much as deluded as Mourinho. And the same ones trolling the comments section the other day, saying Chelsea did not deserve to win.

Glad I was proved wrong. Chelsea now have a superb manager in charge that, if allowed to do his job with no interference from up stairs, is going to transform this club completely. One year ago had anyone told me that in a year time Chelsea is going to go to the Etihad, score three against a Guardiola team, miss another sitter (Hazard), have the full backs bombing forward, always build from the back with no nonsense long balls everytime, I'd have told him he needs his head checked.

Diego Costa MOTM. David Luiz what a transformation.

What a day out! Fuckin Mancs.

One thing that I'm spitting blood about  is Pep. What a cunt. I know a manager has to have his players back - in public anyway - but to say that he didn't blame Aguero just has to be one of the most riiculous things I've heard.

You watch that supposed foul from Luiz early on. Aguero sees that hes lost the challenge and he shoulder barges him then dives off to his left so it looks like it was Luiz.

Aguero is a fuckin psycho.I think what musta happened was before that  1st ridiculous foul a few years back Aguero musta tried chatting Luiz up. Luiz says no Im not into men thanks so Aguero tried to dive into his bum feet first.

Then yesterday he has a couple of Viagra before the game and tried to flying scissor him.

But seriously if I was Agueros manager I'd rip him a new one whoever he was and I'd be ashamed.

Its been said by all of us I know but just imagine if Costa had done it!! But because hes a blue eyed boy for some bloody reason and Shitty are the medias white hats of football aslong with the Dippers it will be turned around to be our fault.

Just watching MOTD2 and of course theyve said Shitty this Shitty that, great team, shoulda won, made more chances, had more oposession, have better players, Chelsea were lucky and just took their chances better. I really don't know why I'm suprized.

Sorry - rant over. Just got  in. lol

Our guys wanted it more than City and our fitness spoke volumes in the last 29 minutes.Hazard, William and Costa left their defence in their wake every time they ran at them. A fully deserved victory for the "never give up attitude" our guys showed.

Oh and Kevin De Bruyne..........Still one of us.......Superb miss from 4 yards to finish the game for them :yay:
