at their peak,  frank was #2 in the world , gerrard #3. and frank has had more success, so i have to go with him. huge respect for old slippy though, legendary player.

Lampard and that's completely unbiased. But this debate is so old, both are now near retirement. Let's give it a rest, they were both brilliant.

I would go with Lamps for all the goals he scored, but Gerrard was great player too. I am happy I had chance to see these great players in my childhood and high school years, these legends are reason I love Premier League.

Both were great, and it makes you sad when you see how poor english players are today.
