It has been reported that Chelsea are targeting Burnley's Michael Keane aswell as Boro's Ben Gibson as a new central back and potential John Terry replacement.

Thoughts?

Those targets are in line with the recent rumours that the club is looking for a HG replacement for Cahill. Ideally they'd be 4th options. Christensen - Zouma - Luiz - Gibson/Keane looks decent enough, though lacking in experience bar Luiz.

25m for Keane?? fuck that

Only a 1 year ago, he was waste of Man U and he still relegated level player. Why didn't use our youth?

Our fucking board really believe that he will be savior of defense line?

Need HG? we already have 6 HG players, and Christensen, Abraham, Musonda, Ake are HG.

That they play for Burnley doesn't mean shit.

That Keane is a ManUtd-reject does mean shit...but then again you also have Pogba who was a ManU "reject".

Don't know 'bout this. Not many good young English defenders out there.

He scored a goal against Watford yesterday too.

Why not promote some of our own HG CB talent...

Makes too much sense that's why.

If we are looking at Keane we should also be looking at Ben Gibson, Ben is a very under rated defender.

Does not make sense. If he is injured and out of contract at the end of the season why pay 25million when you can get him for free?

Do they even read what they post and think logically?
