Would take him despite his age. He has class in abudance but West Ham wouldn't sell him to us

All about money. They would sell him to anyone if the price is right.

Probably as true as ever but the right price for West Ham has gone higher than those bubbles of theirs. With more TV money than they can count, fifty-four thousand season tickets sold, and European football on the agenda, they certainly don't need money..

They probably don't, but I has just making the point that he could be bought for stupid money. Not saying we should be doing that, though.

Not going to happen I'm surprise nobody spotted payet talent years ago

Actually he was linked with a move to us five years ago:

I remember he was doing very well at St. Étienne, but he had some quiet periods at Lille and Marseille.

Even at age 28/29 he'd cost something like £50-60m now with the new TV money and him being the centerpiece of an up and coming West Ham who are moving to a new stadium. They'd refuse any and all bids.

Yep, the only way he'd be sold is if he throws a fit (doesn't seem like that type of player) and someone offered an insane amount of money.

That said, imagine Hazard on the left and Payet on the right

His value will keep in increasing if he plays like he did yesterday

where the hell he had been till the last season?

seeing his emotions while taking off and after the end you can be sure he will leave everything on the pitch for his team

It was two years ago mate. He was on fire at Marsielle and the club baffingly didn't think it would be wise to extend his contract and build the team around him..

This has been an insane two year run for Dimitri Payet.. And we were so close to signing him in the January Transfer window before JM took over, but then targeted Andre Schurrle.

What a late bloomer.
