He really is ready to get sacked because of Ivanovic who isn't even a RB. Not only is our defence the worst in the league but our offensive play struggles massively because the attacking RB has the speed of Fellaini and the technique of Heskey. People keep blaming Pedro for his poor displays but in a functioning team he would fit just fine, he happens to be alone in the attack just like Costa and just like Hazard because we have pitch full of players whos only function is to run around the pitch covering for the players who are covering for someone else.

He needs to buy Stones in the winter transfer window and start playing Baba as soon as possible. By the beginning of next season Baba-Stones-Zouma-Azpi © might be the backbone of the team. Terry will retire at the end of the season or move elsewhere, so we could recall Kalas back from loan. Stones, Zouma, Cahill, Kalas might be a very solid defensive department. Get rid of Ivanovic and recall Ake and give a squad place for DaSilva or Aina. Suddenly our defence might look young, talented and potentially world class.

Most of the fans who defend Mourinho talk about the titles/glory he brought to Chelsea. I don't care about titles as much as other fans. Imo Mourinho is a disgrace that's why I want him out. We should keep him till the end of the season though, top managers don't like it when a club fires a manager in the middle of the season. We did that too many times already and it is hard for us to convince top managers now.

I'm curious. What exactly makes Mouriinho 'a disgrace'? Is it digrace that's brought us more success in one managers tenure joint than all of his successors put together? Yeah, real disgraceful Mou.

His personality? So last year while we were cruising our way to the title, was his personality such an issue then? Has it been an issue in the build to success he's had whereever he's gone?

Yeah he's got his flaws and I'm sure this season he'd acknowledge his errors, the Eva situation for one. But by nowhere does that make him a disgrace to this club. We've had far worse characters done a lot more wrong in this place than Mourinho has.

Fair enough, but I'm sure you were celebrating as hard as any Chelsea fan was 6 months ago when we were crowned Champions. You only have to look at the one man who single handedly engineered that from the moment he walked back to SB 3 seasons ago.
