I simply can't be as ecstatic winning in this way. Winning with the style, putting stamp on the opponent is 10 times better. I watched the first half of Sociedad game in the pre-season and the first half against Burnley like 3 times. Beautiful stuff. You just want to enjoy it and rewatch this and analyse and rewatch again.

How can I enjoy this ? I can't. I have to remind myself that we won 0:1 to bring some joy. Long time since I watched the replay of our game.

We can't play how we usually do against QPR. No width, we get muscled out of the game.

It's not just us, Barcelona would be severely hard done by to win.

Plus we have such a shit record at LR. We last won there in '96 with Hoddle...and that was "lucky" too. It's like Tottenham when they come to SB.

I just can't see how you can be so bitterly disappointed, especially with such a hostile atmosphere. Just last week against Stoke (STOKE) we played lovely football. Just be patient. Let's not forget too, these days our team is closer to Arsenal to old style Chels, and they scraped a 1-0 win vs Burnley away in the same fashion. You don't see the Gooners moaning about it.

Wow, you finally said what your real position is. Because from my short time here the only thing I got from your posts is that your blind Mourinho supporter. You literally only came up with this and only replied to the posts that criticised Mourinho. So I made my assumption that something is wrong with you that you don't how shit we're playing. That would be wrong. I have my patience and mine's running out at the end of next season too unless we see some sort of progression in our play style. I have a problem with both sets of fans, one who don't give a shit, and the other that has constant diarrhea. I respect the ones that fall in b/w and you have that from me.

I don't excuse them at all. They are glaring mistakes that obviously need fixing but I have come to the personal conclusion that its going to take an entire summer to fix these problems. The moment we lost our drift early on, I decided to settle on mediocre performances and hope that our fight would go on to win us atleast one trophy and we might just end up winning with two. I want to look into these mistakes and criticize them more when we move on to the next season. That's when the problem begins.

This league title won't taste as good as you thought. The last months bereft me of an excitement. I only want this god-damn title to be wrapped up and move on from that and build on from that.

Buy crucial players, promote and play some of our golden youngsters and when we entertain Bayern don't fucking defend with 11 men in our 30 metres zone. Don't only nullify them, don't play Azpilicueta as a winger, Zouma as a midfielder etc. Get there, play tactically but don't be scared as shit of them. Can Jose deliver that even with better players ? He has to start the change from the bottom of his mind I fear.

In an ideal world yes. I still see atleast another year before we implement youngsters in a larger form at all. Plus I don't mind defending with 11, cause like I said before, I don't mind that sort of football. Not seeing it with the purist's eyes of defensive football being coherently weaker. I don't think we have ever been scared of facing them. The chances are they are more scared of us. Defensive football is always been seen as a product derived from fear, but I don't think the same way. Real played on the counter against Bayern last year, I don't think many would say that Real were scared of Bayern. But in an ideal world , we play attack minded football because that is the norm, and there is a lot to change, but Jose has my confidence and support when it comes to that.

Well, it will be the most lackluster title win possibly in Premier League history. So yes, people including myself will feel bitter about that, but, we'll take it.

I personally feel it's almost embarrassing to be called Champions just because of the premise "Champions still grind out games when they're going through bad form" etc.

We were Champions for a month at the start of the season. Since then, all we've done is end up with a higher math figure than the other teams.

We are no Champions of football, we are champions of math.

We've been doing that for too long. It is not fun. People watch football for entertainment. Are fun and entertainment not one and the same?

I don't understand what some people watch football for if not for...the actual football, but i'm open to enlightenment. (I guess they may watch for escapism reasons, which is why when we 'win' ((regardless of the actual football)) it makes people feel like they've won something in real life which makes their cycle of a rut a little less tedious. I think these are the people who are happy with a win regardless how it comes. They must be depressed.)

We play, consistently, how let's say, Crystal Palace played before Pardew took over. Some people are happy with that if we get a shiny recognition after all of it. Those some people are crazy.

The sort of football we have been playing will be considered unacceptable at other top clubs like Barcelona, real madrid and Bayern. I remember inviting my mate to come watch our match against city at the pub to which he replied "I'm working and i'm not about to miss work for shitty, defensive football" He texted me during the match to find out how we were playing and my response was "same ole same ole".

It's ok to play poorly in a few matches (every team has bad days) but we have been consistently bad since late December and that is never acceptable no matter how people try to paint it. something clearly isn't working and it's the manager's job to fix it. We shouldn't be relying on luck and the goalkeeper to win matches as consistently as we have been.

I meant to have two minds working together, a defensive coach like Mourinho and an attacking coach like pellegrini.

They each have their strength and weakness so they would complement each other.

However I mentioned that such thing is not popular in this sport like NFL where we have offensive and defensive coach.

Every single one of us realises that the football we are playing is not good, every single one of us understands that this is at least in part because we are not playing well. Why these things are so is, you and I will agree, a matter of opinion. It is the attitude with which some people choose to express their opinion, not the opinion itself, which is pathetic.

I am 100% confident that over the coming seasons Jose will resolve the problems, deliver better football, and continue to win while doing it. I hope no Chelsea fan will be disappointed if this turns out to be so. Do you see, however, why many of us suspect that there are people here who will in fact be extremely disappointed if that happens?

People seem to forget we are playing with the stress of being first......for a long time at that. Arsenal can play great without a worry because they have guaranteed 4th (their only objective ever) hence they play without care.

Not even that, we haven't even been challenged once all season... Complacency is very hard to keep out when you've had a 7-8pt lead pretty much all season.
