But all members thought up of questions for one member who was nominated for the next week.

What do you think is the best way to do this then... get people to PM someone the questions.

Say we have 20 questions for each person?

Then get the person in question to post up all their questions with answers?

Or any other suggestions?

And yeah, people PM you, you ask that person by PM or Instant Messenger or whatever, and then they, or even you, post their answers.
