Chelsea claimed the Premier League and Capital One Cup titles in 2014/15 and we take a look at the important figures behind the success this season.

The 2014/15 season will be forever remembered as a period of terrific success for Chelsea, securing yet another domestic double - replicating the feats of 2004/05 where, in his first season, Jose Mourinho led the side to League Cup and title success. Getting to the top of the hill is one thing; staying there, however, is a different thing altogether. As to what Chelsea do in the transfer market this summer remains to be seen; but you can play your part by supporting the champions on their quest to defend their silverware by purchasing Chelsea tickets here.

0 - Zero home defeats suffered by Chelsea in the Premier League this season. Only three other clubs from Europe's top 5 leagues can boast an unbeaten home record - Juventus, Wolfsburg and Paris Saint-Germain.
