I doubt that this is the development place.

Rather another storage to place the broken leftovers under the contract ...

Vitesse are pissed off that we send them so much broken stuff over the years that they supposedly will receive now only selected players, probably the biggest talents who aren't tainted yet by unsuccessful loan spell(s).

Last year, they almost won dutch league by big thanks to several chelsea loanees. And now they want to complain...

Well when you send over players like Piazon, Kalas, Omeruo, Kakuta for a few years then send dross like Wallace and McEachran over the next few years what do you expect?

Claims about Chelsea talks with Belgian club Mouscron and subsequent transfers have been a hot topic in both the Dutch and Belgian press recently. Chelsea are looking for another partner club to send young players to and the lax work permit rules for footballers in Belgium make Mouscron quite attractive. In turn, that's made the Dutch press fret that transfers by loan won'icon1.pngt be going the way of Vitesse any longer and that a Mouscron deal would see the end of Chelsea's involvement with the Eredivise team.

The latter claim doesn't appear to be the case but panic ensued anyway. Chelsea would want Mouscron as well as Vitesse and do transfers with both clubs, who are at different levels. Vitesse are fifth in the Eredivise with a chance of Europe, Mouscron are trying to secure themselves in Belgium's top league and thrive. Mouscron have now confirmedtalksicon1.png with Chelsea, their president Michel Franceus quoted by HLN as saying "We are in contact with Chelsea,"

A dealicon1.png is expected to be completed as soon as possible with the condition being that Mouscron have to be a top division club for the partnership to continue. Chelsea will be able to send non EU players to Mouscron, who wouldn't have been able to go to Vitesse given the differing work permit rules between the two countries. That's what has generated Chelsea's interest in the partnership.
