Looks like both the Kenedy and Muto stories are true:

Kenedy - http://gianlucadimarzio.com/en/calciomercato/fluminese-ready-to-sell-prospect-kenedy-while-chelsea-is-interested/

Muto - http://www.oneworldsports.com/stories/chelsea-looking-add-japan-international

While the guy who works with Di Marzio says this storie is true as well.

duncan castles is so well conneceted to mourihno that anything he says about chelsea transfers should be taken as HIGHLY reliable. He said in his article that chelsea are looking to buy a japanese player and we have yet to decide who. He hinted that this is also a commercial driven move that conicides with our new sponsors.

Now this guy yoshinori muto is apparently the best in the j league and he plays striker and were sorta in the market for a 2nd/3rd choice striker for next season.

here are some videos , loooks good but its the j league. if he can replicate this in the epl wouldn't be a bad signing .

Hard to think he'd get a work permit that soon. Zero to none chances if you ask me. Best case scenario would be to see him here for the 2016/17 pre-season tour.

Chelsea have made a bid for FC Tokyo midfielder Yoshinori Muto, according to the Japanese club's president.

Reports linking the Premier League leaders with the 22-year-old first surfaced earlier this week, with newspaper Sports Nippon claiming that the Blues spotted him last May and made an official approach in March.

Jose Mourinho's men are said to have offered around £4 million for the Japan international, though Tokyo chief Naoki Ogane stopped short of confirming the exact figures involved.

"It is true that Chelsea sent us an offer for Muto," Ogane confirmed to Sports Nippon. "It is a formal offer with conditions. They want to acquire him in the summer"

Muto himself, however, says he has not yet made up his mind whether he will make the move to Stamford Bridge.

"I have not decided yet at all," he added. "It is an honour for me to receive this offer from a great club."

Muto has not played 75 per cent of his country's matches in the past two years and would therefore struggle to obtain a work permit at the first time of asking, though Ogane insists there will be "no problems" on that front.

He also stated that Chelsea's approach for Muto is not connected to the club's new shirt sponsorship deal with Yokohama Rubber, which was announced in February.
