Do you trust his knees?

I do like that he can also play RW and would finally sit POS Willian down on the bench (hopefully, you never know with Sarri).

Huge problem, Lyon will not let him go till summer, and we may be transfer banned by then.

I know they are on the dodgy side after his op and the PL is shall I say a more contact game than Ligue 1 but hes only had the 1 problem since and I think hes worth the risk

Yes I prefer if we got Isco as he could also cover for Eden, In A Uj world I'd do everything possible  including blackmail, witchcraft and voodoo to sign them both.

If Marina and Roman would have just taken all the actual real, legit official offers that were presented we would have had almost 2/3rds of a BILLION QUID to play with this summer and January. I went through it all massively in depth in two posts in The Board forum.

What a mis-run club we are!

Tbh if there is one thing the board did right is making alot of income with transfers in past few years. Marina is all sorts of wrong, but she is good with finances.

Thing is we spent it on wrong players. And also we shouldnt sell some of them.

With Matt Law SEEMINGLY in the know normally about our business it upsets me that these 2 are the only serious links we have for incoming. Tho they would both help us alot IMHO of course.

Chelsea hold talks with AC Milan and Juventus over Gonzalo Higuain move

Chelsea are looking at a range of options to strengthen their attack in January, including Gonzalo Higuain and Nabil Fekir, as Alvaro Morata’s Stamford Bridge future looks increasingly bleak.

I just was going to post this (well from another site) LOLOL

dammit, you have sorta gotten me thinking he might be oki to sign, and now this:(

The main reason I have been so hesitant is the way Victimpool pulled out at the VERY last minute, after deal was all done and dusted

and it happened right after another medical

and all the sites and papers said it was his knees

so if he wasn't good enough for the bin-dippers, my snobby AND my paranoid side both kicked in

on other hand, THIS would surely mean they sell Isco!!

Israeli super-agent Pini Zahavi, commissioned by Chelsea, made contact with the captain's entourage

Pinhas Zahavi

Inside the World of a Powerful Football Agent

Football agent Pinhas Zahavi sought to free Robert Lewandowski from his contract with Bayern Munich this summer. The Israeli is one of the most influential professionals in the business. He brought Neymar to Paris, but was also involved in murky deals with underage players.

http://www.spiegel.de/international/business/football-leaks-zahavi-and-the-world-of-football-agents-a-1237628.html

It was 1 p.m. on June 10, 2018, and Maik Barthel was sitting in the lobby of the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Vienna. The longtime confidant and agent of striker Robert Lewandowski, Barthel was waiting for a man known to most people around the world simply as "Pini." The two had to talk.

Pinhas Zahavi, 76, is a heavyweight in the world of professional football. In a rare profile in the British weekly The Observer, Zahavi was once referred to as football's "first and only super-agent." But for Barthel, the man had presented a significant problem for weeks because his top client, Lewandowski, had engaged Zahavi's services.

The Israeli agent and the Polish striker had forged a plan. It foresaw Zahavi, a ruthless negotiator, using whatever means necessary to free Lewandowski this summer from his contract with Bayern Munich, which was to run until June 2021. Lewandowski was eager to leave Munich, with Real Madrid being his preferred destination. And Zahavi was to apply the requisite pressure on the team. He is a specialist for such cases.

We just spent 60 million on a RW I doubt we are spending another 60 million on another one. Also its just people adding up two and two together and coming to this conclusion.

He barely plays RW, he would play false 9 or 8... Still see zero chance of him coming here though <_<

I don’t believe he’s ever played as an 8 in his career, or at least since he’s blown up at Lyon. While I’m sure he could do it there not sure where it came from, seemed to start when he was linked with Liverpool and they assumed him as a a Coutinho replacement in midfield. He has played as RW for France.
