The watch does look well designed, intricate etc, battery life could be a problem. Smart watches are nothing new, Apple will most likely make them more mainstream though.

Design is pretty much Apples' 'USP' and the reason people buy it over Android, the candybar design of previous iPhone's were iconic.

Would've absolutely hated it if they decided to stick with the regular screen size. Big screens makes it more appealing but tech wise its behind last years Samsung and HTC phones.

iWatch does it for me since it looks better than the Galaxy gear by a country mile. Beautiful.

Apple as the cult status symbol is definitely taking a tumble if they don't keep up with the Asian smartphones tech-wise.

Not exactly going to trade in my HTC One M8 for this am I? Unless I go crazy, in which case you all have permission to slap me repeatedly until I come to my senses. The watch looks nice but I doubt it works with anything other than an iPhone (since it's Apple) so that's out too.

I wear a watch, but that's because I like wearing nice watches as an accessory. Never ever going to wear any of these phone watches. But I guess there is a market for them, not sure how big though.

I have an iPhone 4, I'm using it for three and a half year so I want to buy a newer one. 6 and 6 plus are too big, I don't get why Apple don't make smaller phones anymore.

Smartwatches(not only Apple's but every brand's) is like Google Glass: very interesting, nice gadget but It'd be hard to take a grown up man that is wearing glass and smartwatch seriously.

I wouldn't call iPhone cult status symbol, too many people use it. Teens, grown up mans, middle-aged ladies etc.. Vertu is a status symbol,

Still, I don't understand why do many people hate Apple products so much. They are quite expensive, sure, but they are top quality too. If I can afford one why not? Buying an expensive phone is exactly like buying an expensive watch, car or jewelry. Why don't people hate Rolex then?

I think Apple products (bar the mac) are for those that are less technical and care more about fashion and trends.

Has anyone used the Apple Airport Extreme...Apple have a tendancy to enter the markets late and blow it away but my goodness have they failed here. Awful product.

I have to completely disagree with you there Sam my son. Well about the Samsung anyway. I've had an S3 for nearly two years now and for nearly one and half of those years, I have banged my head against the nearest wall on many occasions. Fucking shocking phones. I actually find all Samsungs a joke.
