It looks like Josh McEachran will be the latest Chelsea youngster to join Vitesse on loan.

Josh tweeted today his excitement to be going to Arnhem: "Off to Holland tomorrow then.. Can't wait to get out there!!"

McEachran who has been at Chelsea since the age of 7, was once considered the hottest Chelsea youth prospect after appearing several times for the first time under Carlo Ancelotti at just 17.

But 4 years and 4 unsuccessful loans later, and a lot of Chelsea fans are now questioning if Josh has the right attitude and mentality to make it at a club like Chelsea.

This loan to the Netherlands, where the league fits his playing style, could well be the last chance for the boy with magical left foot and impeccable technique.

He is still only 21, I think he should just look for a team that would allow him to play regularly at this pace he won't make it here. Simply put he hasn't made enough progress but you've got to keep in mind that central midfielders peak later on and require regular football.
