He's an attacking midfielder. He was always part of the loan report last season because it was believed that we had already signed him or at least reached an agreement for him. He's very regularly on the score sheet.

Check out the big brains on Brett!

Nice to see you shitting on young players and the way we develop them.

Maybe our young players should pretend to be older for some perverse reason, eh?

please tell me we are doing well in bringing young players through to our squad . A few examples would help .

in for pre season then out on loan .. out on loan ,, out on loan ,,,, OUT

I know you said that in jest but I don't have a problem with that policy. Ultimately in FFP era we can't compete with United and a few others flat out financially, so this is how we make up for it.

The best one's (Courtois) will effectively come in as a free signing later down the line and the rest get sold for profit and fund moves for players we need (KDB paying for Matic in January for example).

Clever way to make up for our lack of income in comparison to United, Barca, Bayern and the rest of the supergiants imo.

I can understand that argument but not sure it is protit making ,, some of our buys seem quite expensive

@ChelsTransfer: Chelsea are sending new signing Mario Pasalic out on loan to Elche for the 2014/15 season.

Pasalic: "As I went to say goodbye to my manager Mourinho, he told me that I'm on the best way to one day return to Chelsea. Mourinho also told me that I must do my best on loan in Spain because he will keep track of all my games. Director of sport Michael Emenalo also told me that he and Mourinho will come to see me in Spain. I like this option from Elche... I always dreamed that I would play in La Liga once" (Mail)

Some good words there from the young Croatian. Mourinho and Emenalo's assurances of the club keeping track of him will be great incentive and motivation to do well..

Who remembers when Emenalo was Satan's lovechild put on earth to cause chaos and destruction to Chelsea Football Club?
