I'll be honest here.I am not really thrilled about this 30m signing solely because he may affect KDB's chances here.Now,I know its always good to have quality and competition in the squad but I felt that Shurrle and KDB were enough for us with Moses as a squad player.

Anyways I understand that there is no point being negative.Hopefully things will work out for both Willian and KDB.

I'm just excited because he chose us and not the scum!

Chelsea midfielder Willian says that the club had been interested in him for some time prior to his transfer window move to Stamford Bridge.

Had we not signed Willian and these National Team niggles or injuries to Hazard & Oscar been more serious, we'd be forced into playing Schurrle - Mata - De Bruyne with 0 cover for them on the bench (if we were to persist with a 4-2-3-1 in their absence). Unless of course we want to put Ba/Torres up front ahead of Eto'o and have him as a bench option

But I think this just shows that too many people take depth for granted. Arsenal fans would kill for our level depth.
