I think the management probably have in the back of their mind that Conte will probably be here for 2-3 seasons at best, as is usually the case, after which he'd probably take the new goalkeeping coach with him (still haven't memorized his name) and they realize that Lollichon is the better of the two and would like to still have him here after Conte leaves.

That and probably we don't want him to join Petr at Arsenal.

Maybe after so many years with so many good managers he can be assistant ? Rui Faria was just a fitness coach for Jose but now he is his right-hand and someone Jose says could land big job immediately if he would want to leave.

I hope he stays away from TBO though.
