He'll cost at least 25m/30m. Monaco would be the perfect place for his development though.

Monaco would be a smart choice from the kid. Jardim treats young footballers very well, he can control and motivate them. 

 

Tielemans is experienced but still only 19. Ligue 1 is a better league than the Belgian one and Monaco will play in the Champions League for sure, so it is a big step from Anderlecht but not as big as joining Real Madrid or Manchester City. Renato Sanches left Benfica for Bayern fog big money, still he hardly ever plays. 

Monaco and BVB seem to be great option for young man, they can play there, they can develop there then leave for a bigger club.

Tielemans to Monaco, would be an excellent move for him. Lets be honest he'd be sitting on the bench here more than likely. Glad hes got his head screwed on if he does go and make the move to Monaco

Same could have been said about Lukaku after his first season here. Too many players want the high life at a young age, which can kill their career before it's even started unfortunately.
