exactly, but  the board prefers to get ( for example ) a midfielder ready of 28-30 years old ( which can do well for the season 1-2 ) instead eto take one may be a key player for a decade ! programmation of long term seems like zero and this is a different between a good club and a great club!

Yeah.  This would be the time to get/trust some youth.  It's hard for big clubs who are challenging for trophies on all fronts to play the kids.  It's a lot of pressure to not drop points.

This season is a lost cause.  Developing youth is a luxury that mid-table teams have.

Next year we will probably be out of EU,so why don't believe in him? it's definitly better then mikel and also matic of this season! we will be a one of the best of next decade, take him would be a great choice! it's dinamic, good defense, good control, and a wonderful pass and shoot!

No reason to buy such talent if you can't pair him with quality, fast, creative midfielders. He'd look like a poor mans Lee Cattermole next to donkeys Matic and Mikel. Even Iniesta would look like a Sunday League player in our current setup. 

For me the best version of a midfield is the one Barcelona and Paris use - a technically gifted defensive midfielder (Busquets, Thiago Motta), a modern box-to-box midfielder that connects the lines, moves the ball quickly, runs back and forth (Rakitic, Matuidi) and a regista (Iniesta, Verratti).

Youri cannot be  considered as a potential future Chelsea player. He is good at Anderlecht - when he is playing. But the PL in Belgium is the equivalent of the Championship in England. Be serious.

The guy is good ... but he is playing in a very poor championship - when he is not on the bench. There is no need for Chelsea to buy this player: we have the same quality kind of players in-house.

I wouldn't buy him now. He started the season very well, but the whole team is going through a tough couple of months now. It's a mentality problem and I think they're tired of the manager. Bit of the Mourinho story. Keep in mind, this dude is only 18 and he's in his 3rd first team season. Anderlecht is not Championship level btw, since they qualified i a EL group with Tottenham and Monaco. Anderlecht and Ghent would most likely not relegate in the current PL. They'd be mid to low mid table.
