I think you mean CL, not PL?

no i mean PL. jose will play his best team against RM in a semi final while playing the likes of schurrle and salah in PL and try to get a win. we wont sacrifice a chance to win CL in any way. and i dont expect the same 3 (hazard-oscar-schurrle) can or should be played all through the season.

so u want us to continue having oscar and willian in the first team starting every match while having a bench of schurrle and salah? we are going to have to play big big games in PL against the likes of psg, atm, rm, barca, bayern, should we start salah who could not make a positive impact against shrewsbury, to play in PL?

is schurrle does not leave, we will not get cuadrado due to FFP. and the current pool of players is a disaster waiting to happen towards the end of the season.

Cuadrado will sign tomorrow, and even better if shurrle stays until summer, FFP is gonna be ok with that

Was told that Jake Cohen said we could actually buy Cuadrado without having to let Schurrle and Salah leave as we are not anywhere near to breaching the FFP rules. It's just that we seem to be operating in a pragmatic manner with the 'Buy 1 Sell 1' policy.

Oh well though, this hardly matters come tomorrow.

I want to know why you're so surprised by that?

Once agian it is bullshit that the Cuadrado deal depends on Schürrle leaving. WE can easily afford him without anyone leaving. FFP does not mean that when you buy a player someone has to leave for the exact amount 2secs later. EVen if we were those 26m on the downside we still would have the summer transfer window to sell Schürrle. which is why we have the leverage in this deal.

The German transfer window closes at 5pm GMT so we should know if he's leaving by then.

5pm GMT? But what about this..?

http://www.espnfc.us/story/2277992/wolfsburg-pursuit-of-chelseas-andre-schurrle-to-go-down-to-wire

Chelsea have already agreed a deal for Fiorentina's Juan Cuadrado, who is expected to move to Stamford Bridge as a replacement for the Germany international, but Bundesliga clubs have to include new signings on the DFL's transfer list by noon CET (1 p.m. GMT) on Monday, and the moves have yet to be sealed.

I got mine from the BBC haha

It isn't only the transfer window in England that shuts today, oh no. League's from across Europe will be shutting up shop too. Have a look below for some of the main times to keep an eye out for...

Window shuts at 17:00 GMT: Germany

Window shuts at 22:00 GMT: Italy , Greece

Window shuts at 23:00 GMT: England, France, Austria, the Netherlands

Window shuts at 00:00 GMT: Scotland

Clubs in Russia will be able to buy players until the end of February, while Portuguese clubs have until 17:00 GMT Wednesday. For Spanish clubs, it is already too late - window closed there.

EDIT: Although the Daily Mail articles from 2013, so lets ignore that

Always felt Andre needed to play on the left.

Miss his goal threat but he just doesn't fit into the team and tries too hard, greedily, to score when he was given a chance.. Double edged sword really.

Applaud his attitude though he stuck it out more than others.

Good luck Andre!
