My MOTM for yesterday game, said it before he is now developing an awesome partnership with Fabergas which will be a key to Chelsea. Offers great deal in defence to fill in the void when Fab goes in front but now he is also pushing up front more which is really really good ... We all would be focus on the stars like the Hazards, the Costas, the Fabergas, the Matics but if Oscar keeps doing what he is doing now Oscar could be the one bossing the opposition ...

Really? Then who was the one who linked defense to attack when Cesc was marked out of the game and the one who stopped Liverpool playing from the back by pressing their back 4 and keeper for the whole 90 mins? I could have sworn he had number 8 on his back...

The first point would definitely be matic

Oscar is a new type of player. Makalele invented his own role within a team...we are witnessing the same with Oscar. The best defensive attacking midfielder in the world imo...

I don't understand how his passing is so inconsistent in every match. Yesterday he must have killed at least 3-4 attacks in the first half by failing to execute very simple passes but he also made some very nice passes like the ones to Ramires and Hazard.

Matic provided an outlet for the defense, but Oscar dropped deep and carried the ball to attack. Our biggest pass combination yesterday was Azpilicueta to Oscar and our third biggest was Oscar to Hazard.

it is weird....

Oscar would mess up simple passes, than to something like his pass to rambo and his pass to hazard midweek...

I think a lot of that has to do with running around all game long.

I've never seen a player that does almost nothing like him, and gets so much praise.

In reality he did a good game against Bolton and Maribor maybe one or 2 more... all the rest were OK or bad games...

Maybe he should be like cr7 and take 10 shots a game instead.

I think he can't because in attack he touches the ball less than 10 times.

Have you got any stats for that?

Reading the comments there, and also in redcafe, seems MU fans generally admire Oscar. Reminds me of what they think about Mata while still here. Don't they dare to bid for Oscar and want to make him unhappy like Mata. Stay away.

Well, he will not going anywhere with Jose still around anyway.
