De Bruyne is a better play, but I do believe that Hazard is due for a monster NT game so Algeria could be it. You never know who will take to the World Cup spotlight.

I think Hazard will shine in this World Cup, fair enough he hasn't really performed for Belgium but this is the WC not some Friendly or WCQ, he usually performs in the big occasions. Also Belgium have a pretty easy group, i expect them to qualify in style.

True but I chose Hazard because Belgium are playing one of the lesser teams in Algeria. If you are playing Russia instead, doubt I would have selected him. And on second thought, maybe I should have someone else as my captain just to be on the safe side.
