Unfortunately I do not watch enough of Malaga, so got some questions..

Firstly, is he good enough to get into their first team?

Secondly, what formation do they tend to use?

Do we really think this will be more beneficial then going on loan in England?

I've only watched them a couple of times this season but I think Pellegrini uses the 4-2-3-1 with Joaquin, Isco and Bounotte (spelling?) playing in the three.

It would depend, I don't think he will get much play time if he is unable to make an impact in his first few substitute appearances - on the other hand I think Piazon is far more suited to play regularly in La Liga than in the EPL. Just as Josh found out during his loan at Swansea, physical and defensive preparation are quite important for mid table teams in the Premiership. I guess whether the loan is successful would also depend on what other business Malaga does during the transfer window - they are in the Champions League and they will have to rotate their squad if they want to do well in the League and CL.

I'm surprised that Malaga even want him. He's a talented player obviously, but getting such an inexperienced player on loan seems rather random for a club as good as Malaga. Maybe we are targeting Isco

Was expecting him to go on loan, not to Malaga though. Although it makes sense on their part, i'd have expected us to keep him in England. I'd be very impressed if he broke into the first team there and kept his place.
