Exacly. You can really see the differance in how people feel towards english and non-english players. Double standards.

It's got nothing to do with nationality and everything to do with the attitude of each player.

Everyone knows Luiz is the most skilful centre-half we have and he has the potential to be world-class, but it's his attitude that people have issues with.

You're insinuating he's worthy of his 100k a week wages? He's robbing us blind.

No one is worth their wages. It's the nature of football. It's not like he is the only person who has had a bad game this season. Everyone at somepoint could be deemed to be "not worth their wages".

Robbing 'us' blind?

Getting into a discussion about whether a player is worth his wages or not is pointless, and has nothing to do with your statement that he's 'stealing a living'.

The fact that he helped us win a Champions League and Europa League (which both have commercial benefits) is probably not what you want to discuss, leaving you with just broad generalisations and hysterical reactions.

No, Messi is worth every penny he's paid and more, so are many other fooballers, Cahill on 100 bags a week is the second coming of John Dillinger.

What you and most others dont understand is that Luiz is who he is. We bought him for who he is.

His attitude? It's nothing wrong with that. What you might have a problem with is his playstyle.

Lol. Messi and cahills situation is the same isn't it...

It's not like one is a marketing juggernaut...

How about the 100's of players around the world on similar wages who also have bad games.

It's not like cahill is the only one. If you use that then at one point every Chelsea player has been "robbing us".

We bought him to develop him. His price was based not just on his current ability, but on his potential and the one thing holding him back is his attitude. He's shown growth as a player, becoming a lot more no-nonsense but the mental side of his game simply hasn't progressed.

You may not have a problem with his attitude but plenty of people do and recent reports suggest some within the club do. That's why he's not been playing.

Again, you're so far out of sync with what Chelsea supporters think that it's almost laughable. Cahill is by no means perfect but he's paid a wage that is about fair considering the market and his transfer fee, and he's been an important member of the squad.

He doesn't deserve the level of vitriol that you're directing at him.

Not many of them are as cowardly and inept as Cahill though, the fulcrum of his game revolves around perennially backing away from players giving them space to do as they please, especially when they are inside the box.

Cowardly and inept? I've never had cause to question his commitment to the club, I've never seen him shirk a challenge and I've never seen him give less than 100%.

He doesn't deserve the abuse you're giving him.

When it comes to elite level football, commitment is irrelevant when one's talent is ordinary. If commitment without substance were any good, we'd pick out 11 chaps from the stands and win every fucking game.

Well at least I'd know you weren't fucking playing.

Your comments are beyond laughable now.

Ahh but we have plenty of players who share the same belief AND are very good professional footballers.Cahill is a great player and if you think that commitment is irrelevant then I doubt you'll support Chelsea FC when things get really bad.
