I think it's crucial that they don't get top 4 this season for us to close the gap on them. They are really starting to flex their financial power but thankfully they didn't create a proper balanced and functional team yet. I think it's still an unknown to how they would perform for the season but so far it looks like that 3-5-2 isn't working in England.

IMHO a 4th or 5th place finish is in the cards for this side. I can't see them any higher than that. Yes I know, they don't have any European Comps to worry about, but let's be real that defense is crap & it just got worse with Phil Jones being sidelined for a month
