I know, I know, me kicking it off again, But yesterday on the radio a Birmingham City fan called up about Bruce moving to Wigan, The presenter asked him if he had a choice, what Premiership manager would he choose? While the guy was giving it some thought, The presenter said to him "What about Avram Grant, If the choice was yours?" To which the guy immediately responded with "No, No, No. In our position we need someone who knows what they are doing"Didnt know whether to laugh or cry

Just goes to show what other fans see in him. We all have our opinions on him on here. On another forum I use, there's this gooner who spent all last season slagging off everthing and everyone Chelsea, god knows how many rows I had with him defending us. This season, Ive read a couple of his posts and he feels bloody sorry for us. In fact I dont remember having to argue with anyone about us this season - thats how much Grant changes things. We've gone from a team to be feared and hated to a team to pity. And yet we're not supposed to have an opinion on that? Do me a favour.

At a club like ours, the results depend more on the players and team because they are all so talented. So the tactics don't play as big a part as they would on the smaller clubs where the players are below-average and not much talent. If they want to avoid the drop, the need a manager with good tactical ability

Then why did Real Madrid had a problem in last 5 yers with wining trophys...They had too much good players but the managers couldn't keep them play good.
