It's not ideal but apparently this Zappacosta can play on either side, so if we do buy him we'll at least be in a better position than we were last night when the options looked to be Rafinha and Bacary Sagna!

Let's hope there are some more in the pipeline...

I started wondering... Maybe, after our efforts to sign Sandro, there was a mutual agreement between the clubs to sell Sandro to Chelsea next summer. They did a similar thing with Pogba before his transfer to United. We did a similar thing with Diego Costa. Remember how Mourinho was confident of the Costa deal during 2013/14, despite the fact we had not signed another striker, just a stop gap in Eto'o?

From what I heard from few Torino fans, Zappacosta is very solid player, not world class. Very consistent. Could be a similar signing like Azpi.
