  1. Alex Sandro

Antonio Conte wants Chelsea to snap up Juventus wing-back Alex Sandro, according to reports in Italy. The former Italy Coach is topping the Premier League table with his Chelsea outfit and is after some reinforcements. Calciomercato.it claim Conte has set his sights on Brazilian Alex Sandro at his old club Juve. He turns 26 later this month and can play a multitude of roles down the left flank in defence, midfield or attack. Alex Sandro only joined Juventus from FC Porto in Augst 2015 for €26m and is under contract until 2020, so a deal does seem highly unlikely. However, Chelsea have just pocketed €60m from selling Oscar to Shanghai SIPG. This season Alex Sandro has made 17 Serie A appearances, contributing one goal and three assists. He also featured four times in the Champions League and went off injured during the Supercoppa Italiana clash with Milan in Doha.
  2. Sergi Roberto

  3. Nemanja Matic

I am surprised why everyone in the world and many on this forum are making such a drama about about us selling Matic to United. From what I remember he was absolutely slated here for almost half of his performances. Lets hope he has more of those with Utd. I must admit he did have some spectacular games. IMO he is hard working physical player, lacks vision and flair, with awful passing skills. I think $40M is a decent value we got and the fact that we have Kante, Fabregas and Bakayoko for the position. We do need a fourth player in that position. Its a shame that management did not consider Chaloba for the 4th spot and instead sold him. From now on I will assume that our youth players are a business for additional revenue stream and not get my hopes high.for seeing anyone progress to senior team. Completely agree with someone who recently dais that if Chelsea nurtured Loftus Cheek properly into the first team he would have been at Dele Alli level now.
  4. Gareth Bale

I've heard rumors of Real Madrid potentially selling Gareth Bale this summer. Since Neymar is leaving Barcelona, Real Madrid are going to push for Mbappe, and Barcelona will go for Coutinho or Dybala because they don't want to get into a bidding war over Mbappe. If Real Madrid do sign Mbappe, Gareth Bale's future at Madrid could be in doubt. At the beginning of the summer, Conte told the Chelsea board that he wanted to sign Bale, and if he comes available fairly soon, I bet Chelsea go after him. Please share your thoughts with me on this. We drastically need another big signing to be able to defend the Premier League title and compete in Champions League.

  6. David Luiz

Chelsea make sensational £32m move to bring David Luiz back to Stamford Bridge just two years after PSG exit. #CFC #PSG (Mail)
  7. Emanuele Giaccherini

Giaccherini's agent: "Conte admires Giaccherini a lot and #CFC would be a dream. But it is still too early to talk about his future" (cm) Giaccherini's representative: "After the Euros, who wants to can buy him from Sunderland for a figure which is not too high" #CFC #SAFC (cm)
  8. Nathan Ake

Nathan Ake has joined Bournemouth on a season-long loan from Chelsea, the club have confirmed. The 21-year-old spent last season on loan at Premier League side Watford, and enjoyed a good campaign scoring once in 32 appearances and also winning Watford's Young Player of the Year award. Bournemouth chief executive Neill Blake said: We are delighted to welcome Nathan to AFC Bournemouth For a player of his age he already has great experience in the Premier League and we believe he will bring a lot to our squad. He is an international player with great pedigree, so we are really excited to have him join us for the upcoming season. Bournemouth will begin their 2016-17 campaign at home to Manchester United on August 13. http://www.chelseadiurnal.com/2016/06/nathan-ake-joins-bournemouth-on-loan.html
  9. After a horrible season, and pre-season is coming close. I decided to give my opinions on who Chelsea should keep or let go this summer. Asmir Begovic: I think he was great for us when Courtois was out the side and he's a quality backup, he might not want to stay but I think the club should keep him. Verdict: Stay Branislav Ivanovic: Hasn't been great this year but has been rewarded with a new contract. Verdict: Wait and See Cesc Fabregas: Improved in the last couple of months, if Conte is going to bring in the likes of Kante, Nainggolan etc. I'd love to see Cesc play alongside them. Verdict: Stay Kurt Zouma: One of the shining lights of this season, still young, desperately unlucky to get injured. Verdict: Stay Baba Rahman: Hasn't had many chances and is behind Kenedy in the pecking order at the moment. Will probably be seeking a move in the summer. Verdict: Go Oscar: On his day he is world class but his day also comes once every month. I'd get rid of him if you can get good money. Verdict: Wait and See Eden Hazard: Wasnt himself for 90% of the season but came back to his old self. Verdict: Stay John Obi Mikel: Emerged as one of the first names on the team sheet under Guus Hiddink but unlikely to be when the new manager comes in. Verdict: Go Thibaut Courtois: Not been as good as we expect him to be but is still the first choice. Rumours saying one or two teams are interested but I want him to stay. Verdict: Stay Bertrand Traore: Promising talent, taken his chances well so far. Whether he gets the same chances next season, we don't know. Verdict: Stay Kenedy: Good player, got time on his side. Verdict: Stay Pedro: Hit the ground running, but then seemed to slow down a bit. Slowly Regained theform we saw at Barca and is keen to stay and fight for his place under the new manager. Verdict: Wait and see Nemanja Matic: Not been a regular on the team this season and has been quite poor this season. Verdict: Go Willian: Chelsea's best player He definitely wants to stay and would be a disaster if he leaves. Verdict: Stay Gary Cahill: Mixed opinions about Cahill. Can be superb sometimes and can be poor the other. Verdict: Stay John Terry: Captain, Leader, Legend. Verdict: Stay Cesar Azpilicueta: The most consistent and reliable defenders at the club. Verdict: Stay http://www.chelseadiurnal.com/2016/03/opinion-players-chelsea-should-sell-in.html
