  1. Next Manager?

Absolute catastrophe with Inter, average at best with Napoli, didn't last a season with Real.
  2. Mario Pašalić

You're right. Despite the fact that Croatia joined the EU in 2013, they still did not have freedom of movement for years. I was under impression that this still the case, however, I just checked and these restrictions were lifted last June. So theoretically Pasalic can get work permit since last summer. Sorry for earlier misinformation. Wasn't aware that the situation regarding Croatians has changed 12 months ago.
  3. Mario Pašalić

Are the club to blame for not pushing harder, then? Pasalic is clearly not exceptional talent. He won't be able to get a work permit through the same procedure as Oscar, who played regularly for Brazil NT at the time. Pasalic was involved only in ~30% matches of Croatian NT over the last 2 years and for a work permit, you need to play at least 75% of games. So, there's basically no chance that Pasalic would receive work permit right now.
  4. Mario Pašalić

Might as well be gone tbh. Transfer ban and still isn't seen as worthy of a chance? He can't get a work permit in the UK.
  5. Thibaut Courtois

Thibaut Courtois is set to be Real Madrid's first choice goalkeeper for the 2019/20 season. Zinedine Zidane is eager to make his decision known before the end of the season and inform Keylor Navas, who will subsequently decide whether he will remain at the club or seek another destination. https://www.marca.com/en/football/real-madrid/2019/04/06/5ca7ac89468aebff1c8b4614.html
  6. Thibaut Courtois

Yeah, he was injured for a few weeks. Only back to training yesterday.
  7. 20. Callum Hudson-Odoi

Hudson-Odoi played only 35 minutes before those Bayern rumours started.
  8. Sarri But Not Sarri Thread

This is misleading stat. Chance created = a pass that leads to a shot on goal. It doesn't take quality of those chances into account. Let's look at big chances (a situation where a player should reasonably be expected to score) missed: Man City - 58 Man United - 47 Liverpool - 44 Chelsea - 43 Arsenal - 42 Tottenham - 42 There's no big difference between us, United, Tottenham and Arsenal.
  9. Sarri But Not Sarri Thread

Or because his methods do not work in more physical and much faster league than Serie A. Also, see how bad his Napoli was in Champions League/Europa League.
  10. Eden Hazard

Hazard failed to score in 7 consecutive games as LW before Sarri moved him to CF.
  11. 20. Callum Hudson-Odoi

That's completely false. Hudson-Odoi is currently 18 years 2 months and 16 days old. At same age Mbappe played 44 games (20 starts) for Monaco.
  12. 22. Willian

Schurrle started 5 PL games in 14/15 and left for Wolfsburg in January.
  13. 1. Kepa Arrizabalaga

Courtois played twice against against Liverpool, while Kepa faced Bournemouth. Anyway, I don't want to downplay Kepa. As I said, he's been more than good and most certainly will have more clean-sheets this season in PL than Courtois in his first season.
  14. 1. Kepa Arrizabalaga

Courtois didn't play in Europa League and EFL Cup against (below-) average opponents. That being said, I'm really impressed with Kepa. No big complaints with him so far.
  15. 20. Callum Hudson-Odoi

Gnabry is currently injured, Coman is injury-prone (missed 57 games since start of 16/17, only back to training recently), Muller plays through centre (and he's not that good this season), Goretzka is central-midfielder, Ribery most likely will leave after this season (end of his contract, Bayern' DOF said that they'll probably won't renew) and there's rumours that Bayern won't activate James' buy-option. They're short of wingers and I think Hudson-Odoi has more chances to play for them then here.
