    you’re too easy Jase.
  2. Southampton - Chelsea

There’s no agenda - he literally missed guilt edged chances in the same game with his feet - a problem he’s had during his time here. I wasn’t even really talking about his goal either - was actually talking about the chances, so not too sure where you’re getting that I discredited his goal from.
  3. Anthony Martial

I would sell Pedro first. Martial is a similar profile to Pedro (both wide forwards) so that’d make a bit more sense.
  4. Anthony Martial

One of my favourite young talents, would be a great buy. Martial Morata Hazard would be a very good front three.
  5. 4. Cesc Fàbregas

He’s very finished unfortunately. Seems to get slower and slower every game.
  6. 18. Olivier Giroud

Arguably the best back up striker in the league.
  7. 9. Álvaro Morata

Rightfully so... Morata cost us £70m. Giroud a mere £18m. Olivier is proving to be better value for money at the moment. Of course he’s going to be scrutinised more. He’s meant to be our number 1 striker but our backup striker is arguably doing better than him. Also, I think Giroud has a better goals per minute ratio than Morata this season (and if not it’s probably very close anyway - this with Giroud starting a lot less games too). You don’t need to bump anything next season - Morata should be the better player but at the moment he isn’t. I just wanted to find out why you’re more critical of Giroud than Morata but saying it’s because you’re trying to provide “balance”... I don’t know. Like I said above, Morata is rightfully going to be held to a higher standard than Giroud, thus is going to be criticised more if things aren’t going his way.
  8. 9. Álvaro Morata

What about the last game vs. Southampton then? When Giroud came on for Morata and won us the game by scoring twice to keep even the slimmest hopes of top four alive? Why are you a lot harsher on Giroud than Morata? Morata cost over 3 times Giroud did and is pretty much still in the same tier as a striker.
  9. Southampton - Chelsea

Just stating the truth really. He discredits himself with his awful finishing.
  10. Southampton - Chelsea

I don’t know, too small of a sample to say for sure but I do feel we attack better as a team with Giroud leading the line against teams that sit deep regardless anyway since his holdup and linkup play is better than Morata’s.
  11. Southampton - Chelsea

Typical Morata coming on against tired legs vs. a team that’s looking to score hence why they’re quite open at the back, to look better than he actually is imo. He’s been nowhere near as effective when he starts since his slump in form.
  12. Southampton - Chelsea

His confidence is completely gone. Trying to keep it ticking rather than stand out atm.
  13. Southampton - Chelsea

Wow Morata’s finishing is seriously bad.
  14. 9. Álvaro Morata

He’s only quicker, better dribbler and more dynamic. Everything else you’ve mentioned Giroud is either equal or better at. We actually play better football when Giroud leads the line and Giroud has scored/been involved in way better goals than Morata has in his career. At this moment Giroud is a more accomplished striker than Morata. Not to say that Morata can’t become better but at this moment let’s be honest with ourselves.
  15. 9. Álvaro Morata

    We don’t have either.
