  1. General Transfer Talk

Marcos is pretty competent in almost every area of the game, proper all rounder, maybe quite weak defensively but he's improved as the season has progressed. He's better in almost every area of the game than him though. I think the only real thing Marcos has over him is his height. Emerson is having a breakout season at Roma, proper complete full back. Doesn't have a real weakness. A lot of Roma's attacks go through him on the left, but he's also quite strong defensively. If we compare him and Alonso statistically he blows him out of the water: Some maps comparing him to some PL LBs/LWB. He'd be a very smart, Azpilicueta-like signing I think. Still hasn't his prime yet either so is also going to get better.
  2. 19. Diego Costa

Benzema might be off imo. I would take him as a Diego replacement because it would help out someone like Hazard loads.
  3. 13. Thibaut Courtois

Would be one of the best signings this summer. Could also indicate that CFC will spend big and bring in more players to up the level of the team.
  4. 28. César Azpilicueta

I'm sure Conte works on this sort of stuff with the defenders in training all the time. Even Cahill doesn't always look too bad in tight spaces.
  5. 19. Diego Costa

Still looks like he's off. Won't shut up about Atletico or China. He clearly doesn't mind going, I don't understand why he'd be doing interviews like these if he wasn't. Honestly, don't really care if he goes if I'm truthful. Thanks for all the goals and match winners but it doesn't seem like his heart is here and honestly, there are a lot of exciting talents that could probably fill in his presence here and perhaps even do better. I do hope we sell him for stupid money to China though. Looks like he's slowly losing his desire this season. We'll hopefully have someone leading the line next season who fills in his boots and more.
  6. General Transfer Talk

I like his profile. Technical Brazilian LB (can also play LM) who is doing very well in a defensive Roma system. Apparently he has concentration issues though but not extreme ones. He's looked impressive each time I've caught him though. One of my mates who watches Roma regularly says he's been a top 5 LB this season in Europe.
  7. General Transfer Talk

He's better than Alonso so yeah. Improvement.
  8. Tiemoué Bakayoko

    L'Equipe are reporting it.
  9. Tiemoué Bakayoko

Was just typing up a reply but after reading the thread and finding this there's no need. Spot on this.
  10. Tiemoué Bakayoko

Basically have a raw Yaya Toure next to Kante. His potential is huge. As long as we have a more creative wing back in the team this would be an amazing signing.
  11. Tiemoué Bakayoko

He's actually a better dribbler than Fabinho.
  12. Romelu Lukaku

He's going to cost loads with the new rich owners at EFC. When does his contract expire?
  13. Tammy Abraham

I wonder what Conte's plan for him is next season. Seeing as it seems like he's rated.
  14. Bertrand Traoré

Stop over exaggerating lol, doe effe normaal man. He was pretty good at the start of the season, even had a few MOTM performances. I do agree that his time here at Ajax has been a let down though, big time.
  15. 10. Eden Hazard

Glad he's pulled out. Now, don't eat too many pizzas Eden, stay in top shape, come back refreshed and finish this damn league title off for us.
