  1. 21. Davide Zappacosta

Great second half for Zap tonight with Italy. Best player on the pitch. We got some player in our hands.
  2. Diego Costa

Diego will never play for Chelsea again, sad but true. Even Remy was in that 21 players list and left the club 1 hour later
  3. 21. Davide Zappacosta

What surprised me most is that what happened with Alonso didn't teach anything. The Bolton\Sunderland level player is now regarded around Europe as one of the top 10 LB currently playing the game (yes I'm a big fan of the Spaniard). Zappacosta fits perfectly in our system, much better than in a back four, and has all the attributes to become a Conte's favourites. He's definitely an upgrade to Moses, who is not a proper WB, and he can also play on both flanks. Not a world class player but give him time to settle in and he will come good. Bytheway, he's faster than Alonso.
  4. 21. Davide Zappacosta

We were after him since last season, or do you believe his name came out after checking for rwb on google? If you like to call him a panic buy feel free to do it but he's not.
  5. Deadline Day!

  6. Deadline Day!

Zappacosta. If true, well done to the board and Conte (who obviously is behind this move). Still young, italian international, good crosser and can run down the flank for 90 minutes and more. Don't laugh, we can have pull an "Alonso" with this one, or even better. I pick Zappacosta ahead of Rafinha everyday. Unfortunately it won't be easy cause Torino is a tough club to deal with. Don't call him a panic buy, he has attracted interest from Conte since last season.
  7. General Transfer Talk

You don't buy world-class players on deadline day. So don't have high expectations and you won't be let down. If you're lucky you'll get good value for money like Alonso and D. Luiz. I can see Llorente and Drinkwater sign for us tomorrow, and that's sad. Barkley can be a little consolation because if he comes for a reasonable fee in few years he'll still have a decent worth on the market even if he won't perform for us. Conte must be not impressed at all, and have all the rights. I give a 6/10 to our transfer window, hopefully someone from the board will pay the consequences for lt.
  8. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain

A poor left-footed version of Willian. No thanks
  9. Alex Sandro

Juventus conceded at least from 10 to 12 goals last season because of Sandro being caught out of position. I'm just saying to those who have watched him only on youtube he is no Ashley Cole.
  10. Alex Sandro

As much as I'd like Chelsea to get Sandro, If people think he is a huge upgrade defensively to Alonso they are wrong.
  11. Romelu Lukaku

Best summer transfer news so far!! I spent the last few months with this bad feeling that Lukaku would be signing for us at some point. Stop moaning please, we're offering 60m for a wing back, if we don't pay 75m for a striker it's because WE (personify in the figure of the mighty Antonio) DON'T WANT HIM. And I personally fully agree with him.
  12. Antonio Rüdiger

I will never understand the hype around Rudiger. One of the most overrated players I've ever seen in my life. Why we can only get linked to average players this summer, who chose the players? We were linked to Rudiger long before Antonio came in.
  13. Kostas Manolas

Since joining Roma Manolas has been constantly one of the best defenders in Serie A. Unfortunately it seems the reason he didn't join Zenith was he doesn't want to live in Russia and not Chelsea trying to hijack the move.
  14. Kostas Manolas

To get Manolas for £26m would be the best signing of the season
  15. Juan Cuadrado

Not at all. With all the due respect, here in Italy we don't even know who this girl is. You can probably find mean tweets from Chelsea fans on Costa, a player who has scored 20 goals and earn more points than any other striker in the league, or even on Hazard. Cuadrado has been one of Juve's most influential players since Allegri switched to a 4-2-3-1 formation in the new year and the whole fan base hope he will sign a permanent deal by the end of the season. And they consider it a good piece of business, while to me Chelsea did magic to recoup the money spent on him.
