  1. The Boxing Thread

I love boxing, have watched it for years from the Lewis, Tyson, Benn, Naseem era As there are 2 big fights on Saturday, i think this thread is long overdue tbh. There have been a couple of threads here n there but they get lost so i'm hoping we can have a sub board with all the sport in one place (hopefully). What are your thoughts on Haye vs Chisora and Khan vs Garcia this Saturday night? I love David Haye, watched him since he was a young rookie, i love his style, his approach, his dedication and his attitude.
  2. 15. Kurt Zouma

This guy is so not a RB. Please Jose, have faith in Baba and get this awkward looking footballer either back in the centre or back on the bench. We'll concede many more with the team he put out against the scousers.
  3. Abdul Rahman Baba

Playing Zouma at RB is worse than playing Baba at LB. I don't agree with all this from Jose at all, i want Baba to play. He'll learn more with games and let's be honest.... we can't play any fucking worse than we have been. I'm not really a big fan of Zouma anyway. Clumsy no nonsense league 2 level of defender. Hopefully Ivan is back today refreshed and back to our main first choice team.
  4. Cesc Fàbregas

There's no smoke without fire. Cesc obviously said something whether it was tongue in cheek or not. Judging by his performances, he clearly wants a new manager. We're obviously not gonna be in the UCL next season so it'll probably be his last season with us anyway with Hazard and more too. Can see a mass exodus.
  5. The Mourinho Thread

I'd like to actually know what's going on behind the scenes first to decide on whether Jose should go or not. If this is all down to him, treating players poorly, having an attitude towards them, instructing them to sit back against inferior opposition which is stopping us from performing and going for it then i'd be happy for someone else to take charge and let the players express themselves confidently with more trust. If this is all down to the players, then no i don't want him to go and i'd like a mass clear out, including Hazard and Fabregas as they have been shit this season. It doesn't matter what a manager says, if the players don't perform, how can you win games of football? You can't. I love the man, i want him to stay but seriously.... what the fuck is going on here? I don't think anyone knows but i'd love him to be the one to turn it around. Top 4 is over for us, we have no chance of that so there will be no Champions League football next season for the first time in over a decade. That will give him a chance to offload the ego's and start rebuilding again. Just depends if he will be the one to rebuild it or not, i sincerely hope he does. I believe the players are against him from the moment against Swansea when the doctors went onto the pitch with good reason, then to be undermined and publicly humiliated. Since then, the players have been awful and he's been full of excuses moaning at referees and other things. there is no desire any more for most of these players to get results. Hazard has been dropped, JT has been dropped, Costa isn't doing anything apart from being a petulant bully and there are players like Ramires, Remy and Loftus Cheek that should be playing. He's got a lot of work to do but i have faith he'll sort it. I wouldn't cry if he was sacked though. I support Chelsea, not Mourinho. I want to see a happy Chelsea camp, not this.
  6. The Mourinho Thread

Maybe he should just shut up sometimes and be honest. Falcao dived, it was no way a penalty. We're playing awful football and he's clearly upsetting a lot of people. He needs to dust himself down with his players and start again. We're heading for mid table.
  7. TalkChelsea EPL Fantasy 2016/17

Decisions, decisions, decisions. Erikson Ramsey Cazorla Walcott Toure Benteke Giroud Choices galore. I know that if i take Giroud out, he'll start banging in goals but Benteke looks great for Liverpool.
  8. TalkChelsea EPL Fantasy 2016/17

Having a shocker, Rooney has been my captain, him, Aguero and Giroud have only scored 2 goals between them, Erikson got injured and they didn't say fuck all, Danny Rose has been out all season, WILDCARD TIME!!! Fed up! And what's with Jack Butland getting no Bonus points? He was outstanding against Norwich.
  9. Abdul Rahman Baba

Saw a youtube vid of this guy because haven't a clue who he is and although youtube can make anyone look good, i was impressed with his style, especially his crossing. I think he needs to come in, we spent enough on him so he needs to be trusted. Then move Azpi back to his preferred RB position. He's been fantastic at LB don't get me wrong but imagine how good he could be in his favourite position. Soon it'll be ... Azpi ----- Stones ----- Zouma ------ Baba interesting.
  10. Pedro Rodríguez

I just don't think Hazard was in the game, he looked dangerous towards the end on the counter but he over complicates things at times and his end product wasn't there but as i said, we now have a player that can change a game if Hazard isn't at his best and when Pedro's not at his best, Hazard is there. When both are playing to potential, we could be amazing. And we've finally got Willian in his best position down the center. It's worked out so well.
  11. Pedro Rodríguez

The exact player we needed, i said it when we were linked to him the first time. Why nobody wanted to trigger the £21m buy out clause is a mystery to me, £21m in football nowadays is nothing, precisely fuck all. We now have a player that can have the same impact as Hazard but on the right. His touch is ridiculous, he's quick, he's technically fantastic and he scores goals and makes goals. A player with end product is what we've been crying out for. I think we're near complete now. I woke up excited yesterday, i'm even more excited now. This guy has won fucking everything, he'll feel no pressure like Cuadrado for example who's trying to make a name for himself. This team has now got a lot better. Hazard was awful yesterday, we won. We wouldn't have won with the same line up as the first 2 games. If Hazard doesn't play, Pedro will and when they're both in form, beware premiership.
  12. TalkChelsea EPL Fantasy 2016/17

Oliver's Army are on their way.
  13. Petr Cech

It makes no sense at all this. He's won it all, try a different league pete. Don't go to a horrible club like that. I personally don't believe this will happen anyway.
  14. Antoine Griezmann

Fantastic player. I liked him at Sociedad a lot but this season for Atletico he's gone up a level and has been full of goals and assists. He's the type of winger that has pace and an end product. Be an amazing acquisition. I'd prefer Bale though because of the homegrown thing. Brits are almost completely out of the squad and it's a great shame.
  15. Mugshots

YOO!! Ain't been on here too often but i'm gonna try n post a bit more soon. In case you don't know me.... WEMBLEY with the Mrs. Carling Cup final. Champions!

I'll be extremely surprised if Manny wins. Mayweather will retire at 50-0.
  18. John Terry

It's scary. He's genuinely as good as he was 10 years ago. He's the best centre back in the history of the premier league and he's still, in his mid 30's probably the best too. Can't wait for him to lift that premier league trophy with Cech and Drogs.
  19. The Boxing Thread

Why does this fight have to be at 4am!! I'm going to the Chelsea game tomorrow, how am i supposed to get home drunk at 6am, get up again at 10am to meet my girlfriend at 12 without a hangover and feeling like shit? May need to just watch it at home. Chelsea comes first, especially a game like tomorrows. Mayweather will win though. I don't think there's any doubt.
  20. Frank Lampard

Some fans just don't understand football. Fans like this guy are an embarrassment to the clubs name. He won us everything. You don't just forget that because he's at a rival team for 1 season. He deserved that ovation and some.
  21. Frank Lampard

Yeah well we do have plenty of shit fans. The proper fans stayed behind and gave him a standing ovation. The shit ones booed and went home.
  22. The English Football Thread

Arsenal haven't even looked good, Villa just shoot themselves in the foot time after time. Hopeless team, absolutely awful, terrible side.
  23. Frank Lampard

It's called respecting a legend. People like you have absolutely no idea. It's horrible that he's there but he did so much for us that it shouldn't matter. We let him go, it's football. He didn't leave us for them, he was given the opportunity and he took it like many would. Nobody can question his love for Chelsea. The fans are simply appreciating what he did in his 13 years here. What's wrong with that?
  24. Frank Lampard

    Now that would be horrible.
  25. Frank Lampard

It's done. He'll now never play against us again and if he wins the league, it won't be really down to him, mainly down to us losing and not offering him the extension. It's ours to lose.
