  1. The Mourinho Thread

    EMENALO OUT
  2. The Mourinho Thread

He'll get another chance when Jose is at Man U.
  3. The Mourinho Thread

Play for the shirt. Not the manager.
  4. The Mourinho Thread

His results (Mourinho's) are beyond unacceptable. And he did throw the players under the bus there like Excalibur said but lets face it they deserve it. They've been protected plenty. How many guys on here have had a falling out with their boss? For how many on here, their gaffer might not be their favourite person in the world.... but they still have to show up to work and perform. And no doubt for much less that £200k a week. No excuses. They are responsible as well. They all live a privileged life and they should be thankful for the people that make it possible. The support. The guys travelling about the country week in week out. Turning up and supporting in full voice regardless of the result. They should be working for them.
  5. The Mourinho Thread

I think if Mourinho was for the sack he would be gone by now. it seems as if he's been given a period of time with his 'vote of confidence.' He'll be here till Jan or the end of the season imo.
  6. The Mourinho Thread

Whether the players like Mourinho or not is irrelevant. They earn a multiple of most fans salaries on a weekly basis. If I don't like my manager at work I still need to show up and do my job to the standards expected.
  7. Eden Hazard

Hazard even in form is no where near Messi or Ronaldo. Not to say he can't be in future. But he's arrogant and doesn't stand up and grab a game by the balls. And he doesn't carry the team either. He's an individual and still has a long way to go before you can put him in the Messi/Ronaldo category. If Real want Hazard get a swap deal done for Bale. TBH though they would probably be more interested in Will just now.
  8. The Boxing Thread

Don't know who they can get to give him a challenge.
  9. The Mourinho Thread

I think (I hope) what is said in the dressing room will be much different to what is aired out in public.
  10. The Mourinho Thread

Change the system in the case of Fab being dropped. 4-2-3-1 is not working. He needs a rest more than anything. 2 weeks off. Agree, who will replace Mourinho. All good and well calling for his head but for who?!?
  11. Fernando Torres

Yeah all the best to him, hope he finds his comfort zone back in Madrid.
  12. André Schürrle

Surprised at the Willian hate. Willian's work rate alone gets him in the team. Not always easy to see on TV but watching him run around the pitch sometimes you wonder where his energy comes from. As for Schurrle, he is a good player but I don't think the 4-2-3-1 system suits his style. Probably more suited to a 4-3-3. Would be better playing him through the middle in that system. He's down on confidence too but at Chelsea you can't give someone a run in the squad to get them back up to par. It's got to be the best team, everytime.
  13. Eden Hazard

Eden is still maturing as a footballer and a person. He is also well known for his poor English. He will think twice about making such comments but it has definitely been blown out of proportion.
  14. Chelsea 1-3 Atletico Madrid

    feeling dejected
  15. Eden Hazard

Defending just doesn't seem to be in his game. He either didn't want to defend or can't defend. The way we set up tonight really needed a winger that can get back. In hindsight Schurrle should have been on from the start.
