  1. Alvaro Morata

    3 goals...
  2. Jeremy Toljan

Back-up/alternative to Moses? Alhough a wing-back with weaknesses listed as passing, crossing and tackling doesn't really fill me with confidence...
  3. Chelsea 1-2 Crystal Palace

    Hurry up, boring inernationals!!
  4. Tiemoué Bakayoko

Yep sorry, missed the fact that Tolisso was in the squad initially! He is a great player too but personally I think Bakayoko has more potential. Tolisso has been (apparently) nailed on to go to Juve for a few seasons now and looks like it could happen in the summer.
  5. Tiemoué Bakayoko

I think he is superior to Tolisso in his position. Or at least on par with more potential. He has been called up to the France national team ahead of Tolisso anyway. I haven't seen enough of Strootman since he came back to judge.
  6. Tiemoué Bakayoko

I watch a lot of Monaco's games. Both are excellent but different. Fabinho is also good defensively (he's a converted right back and he was solid in that position). He is a better passer than Bakayoko but not so much of a dribbler. I honestly think that either would be good enough to fit into our team and seriously improve it. In my opinion the main reason we are going for Bakayoko is that his contract is running out, so he's more attainable and it makes more financial sense. I would be really happy with either, with a slight preference for Bakayoko in terms of the role he will play in breaking up play and carrying the ball out for quick counters etc.
  7. Tiemoué Bakayoko

Nope, nearer to tee-mou-ay, the last e with the accent is not mute. it's pronounced ay.
  8. Tiemoué Bakayoko

Yeah Glik is a very solid defender and scores regularly too. Not sure he'd come to be back-up at his age though...
  9. Tiemoué Bakayoko

In his defence for the second half performance, he was half fit and knackered, so I wouldn't judge him on that. From someone who watched him week in week out he's a monster physically and definitely good enough technically. From the Monaco team, the players that would walk into our starting line-up are: Mendy at LWB Silva at RW Bakayoko or Fabinho to partner Kanté Possibly Sidibe at RWB although he is a lot better attacking than defending (another who was barely fit on Tuesday...)
  10. Bernardo Silva

Pipe down with that nonsense. They rocked City majorly, just ran out of steam at the end.
  11. 23. Michy Batshuayi

I feel bad for Michy to be fair, but honestly I don't think Conte has anything against him personally. Conte will do whatever he thinks is best for the team at all times, irrespective of bruising peoples egos etc. That's all this is.
  12. Bernardo Silva

Please please please be true! Such a classy player.
  13. General Transfer Talk

I would take Bernardo Silva in a heartbeat (way ahead of Lemar in my opinion, who is also good...) How about Benjamin Mendy for LWB? He is a monster physically and great going forward. He plays LB for Monaco but his attributes should allow him to play LWB easily.
  14. Hakan Calhanoglu

No thanks. Not an upgrade and doesn't really fit this sytem.....
  15. Gonçalo Guedes

    I can confirm it's PSG
