  1. Deadline Day!

So even if we get Llorente, Drinkwater and another, are we really not targeting anyone to compete with/cover for eithger of our wingbacks? Those positions are described as the most important in this whole 3-4-3 system, and we have one player for each. Despite a few good signings, this window really has been a shambles for us. Some of the reports coming out are embarassing. Why, if we wanted Aurier, have we let Spurs get in and waited until now to try and hijack? It smakcs of desperation and Conte has every right to be furious. Our only hope of a good season is basically a group stage exit from the CL, otherwise we will fall short in both competitions.
  2. Alex Sandro

Dalbert is excellent, would be a great option and something different to Alonso.
  3. 2. Antonio Rudiger

    Welcome! Looks good value! http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/transfers/antonio-rudiger-chelsea-transfer-news-latest-romelu-lukaku-antonio-conte-a7832316.html
  4. Alex Sandro

But then we'd need to play 352 as default as neither of the midfield 3 (Baka, Keita, Kanté) would be left out. We can't drop Kanté, and neither Baka or Keita would sign to be on the bench...
  5. Alex Sandro

We are 99% getting Bakayoko though. I don't see the need for both. Would rather a duo or Bakayoko-Sandro signed than Keita-Telles tbh...
  6. Alex Sandro

    He's usually VERY reliable...
  7. Saúl Ñíguez

Would be good but AM won't sell just now and that market value is a dream also...
  8. Mario Pašalić

If we sell, why not get wise and put in a low buy back clause like City have done. Makes sense to do this routinely when possible...
  9. Virgil Van Dijk

    Puel i imagine...
  10. Bernardo Silva

Pipe down with that nonsense. They rocked City majorly, just ran out of steam at the end.
  11. 23. Michy Batshuayi

I feel bad for Michy to be fair, but honestly I don't think Conte has anything against him personally. Conte will do whatever he thinks is best for the team at all times, irrespective of bruising peoples egos etc. That's all this is.
  12. Bernardo Silva

Please please please be true! Such a classy player.
  13. General Transfer Talk

I would take Bernardo Silva in a heartbeat (way ahead of Lemar in my opinion, who is also good...) How about Benjamin Mendy for LWB? He is a monster physically and great going forward. He plays LB for Monaco but his attributes should allow him to play LWB easily.
  14. Eden Hazard

Such a sexy title.... Eden Hazard: ‘If I ever leave Chelsea, it will be after winning the league’ https://www.theguardian.com/football/2016/nov/18/eden-hazard-antonio-conte-chelsea
  15. Abdul Rahman Baba

What about Aké? Had really really high hopes for him but it seems he is not even playing at Burnley...You don't think he'll make it?
