  1. Past hour
  2. That's the problem. Ex-Chelsea players are playing well elsewhere. Other clubs took advantage of Chelsea system: players in and out in no time. After observing Chelsea for some seasons, I realized that Chelsea wants to fix things quickly. People are not patient enough to wait for a stability. New players come. If they don't blend in immediately, we say that they are suck. Everything needs time. Maybe, Chelsea fans enjoy the rich atitute too much. Since other teams don't have that kind of money, they are more patient with players and plaeyrs flourish in their system. That's life.
  3. Today
  4. I've found out it doesn't matter who we get, because most Chelsea fans are spoilt brats who will slag any player as not good enough if we aren't winning titles that year.
  5. Based on what? One season? He has shown more upside than downside, and he is being expected to lead the line in his second pro season. All of you will end up complaining when some of these guys go, and start playing like stars because you aren't patient enough to let players grow into their own.
  6. Yesterday
  7. Can't wait for Jackson to leave and start banging in goals. Then having all the experts on here saying "he never did that for us". Yeah, because you judge a player after 1.5 years of playing in the top league. Calling for everything to be ransacked again after another season filled with injuries and inconsistency in line up. In a year where we've generally performed well against the top teams and struggled to be flat track bullies.
  8. Feel like the Liverpool players have checked out already and I'd be surprised if they don't make a number of changes to their starting XI heading into next season with Edwards back at the helm. The performance against Atalanta said it all. Might be the same case for our players after doing the hard work vs City in the cup but not getting the result due to finishing...
  9. The 6-0 just made this lot feel like they were kings, the loss to Arsenal should bring them back down to earth, could of easily been 7-0 to them on another day.
  10. 6th unlikely. 7th possible - if of any value.
  11. Watched parts of the game and the Everton team was all fired up. They played supper aggressive and physical while Liverpool did not match that. Of course they got Calvert back, who can be a handful in the air; they were also missing old man Coleman, which means they started the game with 11 players this time. Klopp gets away with a lot tbh. I can totally see why Brazil dropped Alisson and handed the #1 to Ederson.
  12. https://www.11v11.com/teams/everton/tab/opposingTeams/opposition/Liverpool/ 20 February 2021 last time Everton beat Liverpool in the premier league and it was at Anfield with a 2-0 win
  13. Guess between Arsenal and City..know who rather just have doubts about them duno why and hopefully wrong but shall see....
  14. To think we did them 6 0. In the words of the Fat Spanish Waiter ''Thats football''
  15. Everton bounced back pretty well after they lost 6-0. We are still in the mix for 6th. If we somehow manage to get it we can spin it as a positive season I guess.
  16. Pool are two down to the circus clowns now.
  17. Striker's goal for Everton. Still pretty much gifted no-one jumped and Alisson was ball-watching.
  18. Yes, and it applies to a number of our players atm. Just say he's a winger and show the videos of his good runs. Works every time. 😅 That's probably how we ended up with him and Mudryk.
  19. New likely Liverpool coach doesn't give me any confidence.
  20. Pool and United losing. Mount injured again.
  21. how much are you willing to spend for the swap 😛 This is turning out to be another Lukaku case where no one wants a striker and we want to get rid of their expenses from out books.
  22. We still have a chance for conference league - against the likes of Agrotikos Asteras. That's about it. You think this team can counter City - pool - Arteta next year ? It's a joke (unless something happens to them and they drop dead). New spending spree is out of order - we can't do it.
  23. If Palmer plays we can score few goals, but still will loose.. If he doesnt play same shit 4-5:0
  24. Two french cb chikens, him and Mudryk are flops of the transfers
  25. I do wonder if we are just setting up whoever the next manager is for failure. The squad situation is shocking and unbelievable, maybe even unprecedented - so many very, very expensive players who have long term fitness problems that may never go away. We have burnt all of the money. We don't have a squad designed to play in a particular way or suit some style. Honestly, is there a manager in the world that can take this situation and turn it around in short order? Maybe we can get someone who is a bit less controversial, which you could maybe argue has been Potter and Poch's weakness: they both strongly stuck to their own ideas, doing (seemingly) odd things that frustrated us fans. Results did not follow, and we ended up being sick of both of them. But in truth a manager could go with team selections we prefer, make subs more to our liking, and whatever, and the results could be the same or worse. Maybe the only thing that would be different is we'd blame the owners and the directors more and the manager less.
